Born in Miyazaki in 1977. Although he started his career as a physical therapist for rehabilitation for the elderly at a nursing hospital, he resigned from the position feeling incompetent and not being able to accomplish his goals. Hence he distanced himself from the medical industry.
However, unable to give up on a dream since his childhood to help the unwalkable to walk again, he started researching and came to realize that “posture” had deep relations with “toes.” Then he also attempted to help stretch his wife’s toes, for she had been struggling due to bowlegs for many years. Within just one week she showed a remarkable improvement, which convinced him of the importance of the toes. After many trials and errors, he invented the “HIRONOBA Exercise” which only takes 5 minutes a day to stretch and spread one’s toes.
To unravel and grasp the primary causes of systemic diseases, he proactively speaks to the dental industries through his seminars with a goal of having Medicine and Dentistry coming to league together.
